A Diamond in the Ruff is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to transforming the lives of single women and single mothers with children who are experiencing homelessness. We believe that every woman and child deserves a safe place to call home, and the opportunity to heal, and the support to thrive. Through independent transitional housing and shared living programs, we provide more than shelter - we offer stability, wraparound services, and a community of care.
From housing assistance and life-skills, coaching, to childcare support and employment resources, we walk alongside women on their journey towards independence and lasting change. A Diamond in the Ruff see's the strength, resilience, and potential within every woman.
